No, oddly. It got suddenly softer, but still had some pressure and would retract.I had done the same weld to the clevis/shackle as you to get more room for extending the shaft. That weld is what broke in the linkage. I believe that it...
  • Okay got the wheels and tires cleaned up and test fitted on the car. First off the rears definitely don't clear the trailing arm. I had to do a good bit of grinding off the "seam" or flashing of the trailing arm to keep both the wheel AND tire...

  • Well is hope not since it's a Fluidampr pulley. The little crank dowel is still intact and healthy as well.

Found Jack's link from a long time ago:You must be registered to see element.A couple of the gurus here have mentioned that they don't like having the master adjusted as high as Jack says to here, but that video at least provides a test...

Got the ignition switch panel rewired, loomed and mounted. I may get a prettier panel down the road but this is working just fine. Slowly cleaning up the wiring. Over the weekend, I also sold the EVO wheels with the Hoosier DRs to make way for...

Very nice. Good luck with it and update us on how it performs. Are you the first to do this in a DSM?

Thx! Read paragraph 2, that's part of my standard procedure. The slave cylinder was manually compressed each time the bleed screw was opened, usually more than once, until there were no bubbles in drain line, then the screw is closed with the...

What are the main issues? I noticed you really have to use the filters now when drilling down to products for your car. The old browsing experience allowed you to choose a vehicle generation, which was nice. Now you have to enter year/make/model...

Snapped a rotten bolt that was holding the radiator fan in place when I took it off/put it back on. Guess I'll have to drill it out and find a replacement, since there's only two bolts on it currently.Manifold is still off because I haven't...

I don't know what the current conditions are for shipping across the Border but the people at ECMTuning are first rate with ECU repairs. You might want to let them look at both.I'll look downstairs are see if I have a good MD193299 just in case.

Looks interesting. While I do know C and have modified and build the MMCd Palm code in the past as well as helped disassemble the 1G ECU assembly code I don't know Go, Wails, or Svelte. If there are things your not sure about I might be able to...

Damn, Yeah all of that applies. Thanks Steve. Good thing I hid wiring in the new harness for it just in case. I think I should be able to DPO in place of the light/resistor tho and let Haltech do it's thing.
