Just rebuilt the block after spinning a rod bearing now i have no compression. Would this happen if it was out of time?

man that just happened to me. you must have bent valves on start up. do a leak down test and find out where its leaking, like intake, exhaust. that will give you a base start to figure out whats the problem.
