OK, I have read the VFAQ and did the test on the ISC. It's resistance seems fine across the board, but I fed 6 volts to the 2-5 and 3-6 pins and nothing happens. I took it out of the car and tried again to make sure I had a good connection on the pins, but still nothing. I then proceded to take it apart, and the outer part of the "shaft" (the part that looks like it is supposed to move air) doesn't move. I am assuming that this is supposed to move? I don't want to buy another one just to see there not be anything wrong with the existing one. I priced them at a dealer and they wanted over $400!!!!
