xs power fmic ordering problems HELP

i faxed xs power 2 days ago at around 2pm with my order for a fmic kit
sent them all my card info and everything and they havent got back to me with any kind of a response
i sent them multiple emails and i got one back saying they will check with there shipping company and i havent heard anything since
it kinda worries me since i sent them all of my card info and havent heard anything
i would like to purchase a fmic kit but i dont wanna buy another one and then have xs power take out money for theres after i buy it
has anyone else had this kind of problem?
anyone know there Direct Number ?

Our 2g kits are similar but I don't get them from SSAUTO or XSPOWER and we don't currently have a completed 1g kit
