ok today i tried turning down the boost on my car and no luck for some reason, had the boost controller set to wastegate to mbc to compressor housing, so i took off the mbc and ran a vaccum hose from the wastegate act. to the compressor housing and car is still running 15psi. wtf LOL. i am still on the t25 and you can look at my parts list for others. i am running a greddy rs bov knock off recirced back into the intake, there is also a little nipple that i dont know what to do with its directly below the nipple that hooks up to the intake manifold

You're seeing 15psi from spike. A T25 and 3" exhaust are going to cause the turbo to spool much quicker than usual and the wastegate can't open fast enough. It should be settling to 10-12 by redline.

That second, lower nipple doesn't need to be hooked up. All it does is apply pressure under the valve seat to activate the BOV quicker. Might be something to worry about down the road but you're fine with it unhooked for now.

what boost controller are you running and how do you have it set up

wastegate - mbc - compressor housing

If you have a nipple on your compressor housing, use that. Shorter the lines the better and DO NOT tap it off of the BOV vacuum line either.

i had my mbc hooked up as goes

Wategate to MBC to Compressor housing nipple, but i had a ### ass ebay mbc and i could not either turn up or lower the boost no matter what i did always spike and held 15psi to about 5500rpm then it dies down to 10-12psi, so i figured might aswell run a vaccum hose straight from the wastegate to the compressor housing nipple. so im jsut gonna run it as is for now and eventually run a hallmen pro, when i throw on my 16g.
 
I had my mbc hooked up to the compressor housing and wg and it didnt work too well, worked way better when I plugged the hole on the compressor housing, and ran it from the wg to a nipple on the intercooler pipe.

im just gonna wait untill i throw the 16g on and ill run it like you did but ill ###### go of the j-pipe nipple.
 
Compressor housing--->Wastegate is the optimum setup as the compressor is seeing positive pressure before anything else. You can also tap into the IC piping pre turbo as well. Shorter the line will give you a faster boost control response. In turn it'll make it more accurate per say.

k thanks yea my hoses were deff a bit long, but ill deff make them shorter with the new mbc.
 
Make sure you hook up the the MBC correctly. The boost pressure should go in to the nipple that has the ball. Opposite of the knob basically if you have the elbow style inlet and outlet.
