If it's an aftermarket J-pipe then you need to tap it for your boost source. How did you have it hooked up before?

I didnt before, it was just open, But if you notice where the turbo meets the J-pipe, do you see the open thred, Can I use that as a source? im thinking of getting a adapter for that so I can hook up a hose to it.... am I right?

If it was opened before you would have a had a nasty boost leak. Tap the J-pipe. Thats what I did not too long ago.

Are you talking about that little metric plug on the compressor housing outlet right next to the mating surface? It looks like you can take an allen key to it and take it out. If you can, get a 1/4" tap to it and put in a 1/4" barbed fitting and use that as your boost source.

Well I tapped the j-pipe for a boost source, then ran a line from the wastegate to the mbc, and one line from the tapped source on the jpipe to the other end of the mbc... nothing, my car still spikes up to about 20psi... I took the spring and screw out of the mbc still it spikes.

I dont know what I'm doing wrong, I had to just replace the bov with my stock one...

Try running a line from the wastegate to whereever you tapped your source for boost on the jpipe.

it spikes but wont return to stock boost... Im gana try running a line from the tapped srouce to the wastegate tomorrow and see if it will go back to stock boost, right now all I have is my stock bov keeping the car from boosting over 15psi bc its leaking...
