Got a set of Tein SS Coilovers installed on my 1G - car is lowered approx. 1.5" in front, maybe 2.0" in rear. Pretty significant negative rear camber. Took it in for an alignment - best they could get was:

Front Left
Camber -1.4 (range -0.3 --- 0.7)
Caster 3.1 (range 1.8 --- 2.8)
Toe 0.10 (range -0.12 --- 0.12)

Front Right
Camber -1.8 (range -0.3 --- 0.7)
Caster 3.1 (range 1.8 --- 2.8)
Toe 0.05 (range -0.12 --- 0.12)

Rear Left
Camber -3.7 (range -2.1 --- -1.1)
Toe 0.17 (range 0.02 --- 0.26)

Rear Right
Camber -3.7 (range -2.1 --- -1.1)
Toe 0.15 (range 0.02 --- 0.26)

I know Toe is what causes more significant wear - should it be at 0 or at the mid-point of the range?

Worth getting the Ingall's camber kits? I know a minimal amount of negative camber is desireable for handling, but I'm thinking nearly 1.5* out of range is too much.

I'm planning to install a Suspension Techniques Rear Sway Bar in a couple weeks anyway so while I'm down there I can put the Ingall's control arms in back & the bolts up front. Do the Ingall's arms come with PU bushings?

I would of wanted to have my left toe in a little more. Even though it's in specs it can still give you some wear. Also I'm a little surprised they couldn't milk a little more out of your camber. But yes! get a camber kit and save your tires from destruction!

Yeah, I'm kind of surprised they couldn't get it a little better with the camber adjustability of the Teins. Had it done at Belle Tire - maybe not a good place? You should've seen how bad it was before they did the alignment - the rear camber was -4.5*. The car looked like it had to go pee! :D
