WOT chutter problems after installing new alternator and FMIC

I just had the three likhts come on that mean that your alternator is junk so i parked it for the winter. when the alternator went and the lights came on i was not able to give it much gas or it would chutter. I now got a brand new alternator and put that on and also put my FMIC on at the same time. I only am pushing about 12psi boost and the car runs fine when i dont floor it but once i get to wide open throttle it chutters and doesnt run very good. checked clamps on hozes but still does it. any ideas?

Do a boost leak test.

Put platinum plugs in and new t bolt clamps on a fitting and seemed to go away but still happens once in a great while out of the blue under wot.

Get some NGK BPR7ES plugs(and gap them to .028") and get the platinum plugs out of there, you will be surprised at the difference. After that I would do a boost leak test like DSMcamaro suggested.
