worst boost creep ever

I have read most of the post about how to correct this with the 16g turbo but i still have some questions. 1. Is there any other way to fix other that porting the wastgate. 2. If I have to port it do I port just the wastegate housing or the wastgate itself or both. 3. If I port the wastegate itself where can I get a bigger flapper. I am just wondering what to do because it is really pissing me off I just put this turbo on and it has less that 10 miles on it because I cant keep it from going 20+ psi and hitting fuel cut. I just put a new mbc on I got the turbo xs HP and I have it turned all most all the way down and the boost still goes craxy. PLEASE HELP

Porting the wastegate may help, but it isn't all you should do. You should also port the turbine housing to allow air to better enter the wastegate.

Does it creep with out the mbc?

I would also recommend porting your O2 sensor housing as well to reduce boost creep.

i have a ported evo 3 housing and when i unhook the mbc and run from acuator to pressure source it is the same prob

I had the same problem at one time and i know exactly where your coming from. Dont worry it can be fixed. I pulled my turbine housing off at least a good 3 times before finally getting it under control so just do all of this at once the first time instead of multiple times like i did. What i did that finally fixed the problem was port the turbine housing in a way that almost kind of alowed the wastegat hole to scoop the exhaust into it rather then it just being off to the side(might not be the best for flow to turbine but i had to much of it to begin with). Then just make sure you port the wastegate out really nice and install a 34mm flapper. Your boost creep problems will be over after you do all of that. Hope this helps!!!
