Hey guys i need some input as to what might be the problem.

I have recently just finished replaceing the head on my 90 FWD turbo. The timing belt broke so valves were bent. I have it all back together but now It wont start.

I have tested the coils, transistor and cam angle sensor with all of them testing ok. I also changed the ECU and that didnt help either. I have jumpered the fuel pump and its coming on when jumpered. I took a plug out and looked for spark and it isnt giving any.

So im just checking here to see if anybody has any ideas as to what ive missed.

Thanx
Jeremy

Does this belong in the Bolt-On Tech? Anyway, If you're 100% sure the coil, trans, cam angle, and ECU are ok...then the only thing left to check is fuses, possible disconnected harnesses (coil, trans), condition of sparkplug wires, and spark plugs themselves.

Well to bring this back up, I got the car to run 2 weeks ago. I had an alarm in the car before but took the brain out when the car was down for head replacement. So I thought id try and put it back to see if that did anything and it started right up. I drove the car all day shutting it off several times and it was running great. The next day right back to the same simptums, wont start. Any Ideas guys?

its probably somethign to do with your master unit of your alarm system. it probably rattled loose someohow the last two weeks you have been driving it. check all those connections cause it is probably what is not allowing your car to start as a security function.

Well that was my thoght also, so I completely removed all the wireing harnesses associated with the alarm to cancel that out and it did nothing different.

Thanx
