I'm fed up with this car.

First problem. Was, bad idle, NO power at all when hit gas. No rev past 2k.

Now, pos won't even start.

I noticed the CHECK engine light, isn't coming on like it usually does in the ON position.

All I did today before, I cranked it was, rotate my cam sensor to see if it was 180 off.

Car didn't start. So I moved it 180 back. Still no start.

So I turned it another 180 and no start.

Yeh I don't know now if it's even lined up right. But I can do that When I set it at TDC.

Every other light comes on except the Engine light... Confused.

Sounds like your ecu is toast it should come on and come off if you dont see it, i would check your ecu it could be toast, no start, and no cel light, those are indications of a bad ecu.

When you have the key in the on position do you hear a constant clicking noise coming from under the hood? When my E.C.U. went out the car would not start and my Idle Speed Control motor just twitched back and fourth. Its not to hard to inspect the E.C.U. for damage, just look for burn marks or some fluid that smells kinda like rotten eggs.

Well, I swapped it, Engine Light turns on :). I'm getting ready to do a test start. Might have to turn my cam sensor a bit. But I have hi-hopes.
Well it runs, but still has no power, and bad idle :(... This sucks.

i had issues after i put my new head in...still do..had idle surges and stuff..make sure your throttle cable is connected the right way...worth a shot...
