Since I can't post anywhere else I will post it here. I decided to take off the t-belt cover and see how my lines line up. None of them line up, I don't know what to do. It seems it's off 5or 6teeth, but it reads 150 155 150 155 so I don't think the valves are bent. I replaced everything with new componets when I did the install some 2,000-3,000 miles ago. Heres the weird part. the marks say it's 5 teeth of, but if you look at the dowels on the cams ones pointing up, and the other looks to be 1-2 degrees from pointing up, could there be false marks on the cam, How can I be 100% sure they are the right marks?

I'm really lost and need help bad. The two bottom marks don't even line up, and they did when I put it together. Also when I turn it by hand it seems to have good compression still. I followed the vfaq to a tee I read it at least 100 times through out the install,

Since the pistons have dents in them from the last event, should it be they didn't bend because of the dents sorta a valve relief in the psitons? I know it sounds unlikely, but thats how my life goes

This would explain why it won't run right, and struggles getting to higher rpm's and only gets like 8psi

thanks all DSMr Son

PS I do have a spare block lying around if worse comes to worse

thats just it, what do I redo differently? I followed it all to a tee, but why would it be so far of is it a faulty auto tensioner? The belt looks fine, which is a oem belt.

thanks DSMr Son

your exhaust came could have jumped a tooth during the install....did you do the maintenance? or someone else, i didnt catch that part....but what you are asking is...what to do now that nothing lines up? i would do what defiant said and redo it... i think the vfaq said that it could take up to 6 turns of the crankshaft to get everything lined up.... to see if the auto tensioner is bad, just compress it slowly in the vise, then take it out and measure it's movement, should be 11 mm when it is depressed, and 12 mm when it isnt.
