Well ive decided that i need to get a car to be my daily driver, because i no longer feel like driving my talon 50k miles a year, so i think im gonna lay off on the mods for the next few months and save my $$$.

My new car... heh, yeah, im gettin a 94 Legend Coupe 6spd with the type II motor. Runs about a 15.2 stock, fun stuff, to bad it wont be moded at all.

Its just so i can do my compleate upgrade this winter/spring, 2.4L and a shep tranny, and of course so i dont drive my car through another winter.


Matt, sorry, but i dont think i can do the double dsmlink deal now, mabee in a few months, i can still send it out for ya for free though.

sounds like a good idea to have a regular driver if you are gonna keep modding the DSM.

I seriously thought about it, but i dont know if i could afford to keep 2 dsm's on the road

I need somthing that i can stretch my legs in anyways, im too tall for these damn cars, but i like em too much.


Plus when you can find a used legend for relitavely cheap there a steal. When they were new they cost 37,000. Now u can pick em up for 7 or 8k


Ill ask around though, someone will pick it up im sure.

Never mind..........Car is for sale again. I just made the arraingements for a 93 AWD turbo talon. (some assembly required) Repo car that the guy pulled the engine out and set it in the back.

I have a 93 laser for sale. 2.0L 5 speed. New walbro fuel pump and adjustable fuel pressure regulator. New slotted and drilled roters all around. New pads all arounf. New calipers on the rear. New timing belt and balance shaft belt. Pacesetter header and custom downpipe. I am including a set of 5 spoke stock turbo wheels and a set of turbo cams. great running car. Yup, not bad... though it was FWD, not awd, check 2 issues ago and they have a AWD...

Well I'm not to worried about the FWD or AWD just the HP produced. Unless they got more out of the AWD.

I probably can't get that issue anyhow. Unless you want to make a copy and send it to me

I thought it was a good artical too.

I really liked the use of the FCD instead of just hacking the MAF. I like to do things right if possible.

I'm supprised they don't have a boost regulator on that. How much can you boost befor you need a better head gasket and internals?

I really ended up giveing the damn thing away to family. My folks wanted an extra car around. Basiclly I get a no interest loan to buy the AWD and still get to drive the laser around untill I have the other car put together. I lost my a$$ on that car. I just spent $265 on moter mounts to fix the damn shake the thing is doing. All together I have around $2500 in it.





No I have been at work since 6:15 this morning. Couldn't have been me.

Looking forward to an AWD turbo though!!
