Wiring problems megasquirt without factory ecu

There are many topics about ms wiring using existing harness, my problems i do not have the factory ecu i am using the ms as a full standalone my ms is built to use the factory ignition coils. i can use the power transistor without the factory ecu? i know that the blue and brown cables are for coil a and b, the white one is engine ignition signal i need to know the other 3 black cables for me are unknown. And the other two cables that i do not know are the black and blue cable from the plug entering to the coils. Need some advice my mechanic need to know correct wiring. If there a way to use the power transistor without the ecu please let me know. I have been working with my car for 4 years and i want to drive my car again. Eclipse gst 95 eprom

The wires from coil are the two that are not conected to the power transistor
 
Its all in the settings. You can use the Ms to fire the coils directly. Or just use the transistor pack. Its just a settings.change togo between the two. Diyautotune has the specific setting. Can't think off the top of.my head what it is.
 
I have been reading and the power transistor is needed. Remember my ms is built to use factory coils otherwise i need to modify my ms again. I have been looking on ebay the coil on plug kit it can work without the power transistor ? I just need a solution right now i want to use what i got.

I have two wires from the ms to the power transistor i am sure with that two wires it wont be able work and fire the coils. In my home town there only one guy that know how to mount ms but he refuse to work in my car because a few problems he had with a costumer. He now works for old costumers only
 
The Ms has bip coil drivers which can drive the coils directly. They have shipped with them for a number of years. Unless you have one of the very first ms's you have them. Its just a settings issue that makes it drive off the power transistors. Is ## Ms the pnp?
 
Not the pnp. Is a board 3 ms2. If i choose to use directly to the coil i need to modify the ms with a resistors inside and other stuff because the db37 pins are not made to high voltage. The mod is $$$. I think there is a chance to use factory power transistor... Also i am using relayboard

pin 1: blue-black (output to fire cyl 2,3 coil's primary)
pin 2: brown-red (input from ECU to fire cyl 2,3)
pin 3: black (ground)
pin 4: white (tach output to ECU and gauge)
pin 5: unused
pin 6: larger black-white (+12V from ignition switch)
pin 7: black-blue (input from ECU to fire cyl 1,4)
pin 8: black-white (output to fire cyl 1,4 coil's primary but leaves coil as blue-red going to single pin "engine speed detection connector", then from there to pin 8 here as black-white). ............................................:......

I found this... I have the input 2 and 7 pins from the ms. Connet the wires that says in pin 8 as the same wire? I do not need engine speed detection connector the ms have a tach output. The only wire that left unknown is the big black wire coming out the coils the one that have doble silver dots i think this is the positive to coils? Were it need to be conected? Pleae correct me if i am wrong

Ok the black cable coming from the coils is the ground need to be connected to the noise reduction capacitor at the back of the intake manifold. Please need some help

Any moderator can transfer this to the engine management area, because i have a few questions here. If i do anything wrong it can cost a lot of money in repairs
 
Any one know the how many farads is the noise filter condenser i want to use the original but here in puerto rico mopar do not sell them any more the have other but not the same?
