Hey guys. I got a wire harness and battery relocation kit off a guy, he said it was setup for sd already, and that the gm iat pigtail and the gm omni 4 bar.. But the only connector that looks like it's setup for a map sensor (based on the wire colors.. Blue / yellow stripe.. Green / black stripe... Grwen / red stripe) is def not a gm sensors pigtail/connector..

Can anyone tell me is this a map sensor connector? Maybe a mitsu style that goes on a 2g or something?

Thanks guys.. I know it's deff not a GM.. But it doesn't look like the 2g connector you would get with the kit, looks more like a tps connector or something, but I found the tps and that's 4 terminals/3 wires anyway

This is 3terminals/3wires... Like a map should be..

Anyway.. Here's some pics.. The first 2 are the (map??) connector.

The third is the string of connectors coming out of the same look

(gm iat, the one I'm questioning, the TPS, and another one I can't identify either..two pics down below.. Can someone help with that also? It has the somewhat dry rotted surrounding..)

Thanks guys.

Well I solved the first one.. Its a 2g MDP sensor connector. I'll have to just swap it for the gm connector I have. No biggie.

But can anyone help me out with identifying the second connector I listed?

Ohhh thatsss why I didn't recognise it... The dude that had my car before me I guess sliced up the stock harness and cut off that part because all I had was 2 wires with standard regular, flat slide on connectors pushed on the coolant temp sensor... Like these..

Lol so yeah that's why I didn't get it. Ty guys.

Yeah this harness minus the deleted ones of course has all stock sensor clips and some of them do have cracked wire jackets right where they meet the connector...

I guess the only way to fix these would be to fully dissassemble the connectors, cut the wires back to Good jacket, and Reinstall.. Or splice in some new ones with solder..

I just soldered n shrinked my 2150 injector clips on to it.. Quick question, does it matter on injectors which wire goes to which? Or does it work the same like the wires were red and black, so I put the black one to green and black (thinner wire on the harness side) then the red wire, each wire on the harness side that was opposite to that was a dif color but they were thicker (like 12g compared to 14)

I put the reds to the thicker and the blacks to the thinner because I assumed the grounds should be black to green and black (the stock 2g connectors he had on there were green and black to the thinner wires)

But does it matter anyway? If they're that way or vice versa? I just want to make sure I'm not gonna mess anything up. I think I remember reading somewhere it didn't matter.. Not sure tho..
