Looks to be the Knock sensor plug. Check the back of your block to see if it is connected. It could also be your Back up Light Switch.

Edit: Didn't realize you were asking about two. The other one looks like your Crank Position sensor. I hate that Mitsubishi put three plugs that look identical in that area. Coil/ignition plug, A/C plug, CPS Plug. Track it down...if it looks like it is going toward your timing side of your engine...its the CPS.

Double Edit: If it does NOT go to your timing side and isn't close to any injector plugs...it is your A/C plug.

Which one. These are two separate connections. Top picture on passenger side, bottom one is on driver side :)

The other plug looks like the pigtail for the knock sensor. It is a long wire, it just appears that you have it pulled thru the to the driver side. You can clearly see the mounting bracket on it that bolts to the side of the head. Pull it thru to the other side under the intake manifold and it will plug right in to the other plug.
