The first pic is near the kick panel on the passenger side. What is this box?

The second pic is on the wire harness just down from the coil pack/ptu...
1-near the knock sensor
2-green and blue wire
3-a single black wire with white line

Also can I remove the brake fluid resevoir sensor? I'm doing a wire tuck

Thanks

1. Sounds like the EGR Temp Sensor. Are the two wires blue/yellow (goes to pin #15 ECU) and green/black (T'd ground in the harness)?
2. Not quite sure. Are you sure it's green/blue?
3. The plug for the A/C Compressor. It's black/white wire and goes into the dash harness, not to the ECU.

Hope this helps!

^Thanks for the above reponses I figured those out. Ok here's two more tho:

1-Self diagnosis output on the harness. Do I need this? It wasn't connected to anything

2-In diassembling the harness I found this yellow/green wire looped between the coil pack and ptu with a white wire sliced out of it also not connected to anything. Do I need this? Can I remove it from both plugs?
