winshield wiper disaster

Last night i was driving rally style and hit a big bump while my wipers were going. Now the passenger side wiper doesn't work. The driver side one works fine. The passenger side wiper tries to go up, but it seems that there isnt enough power. Also, you can easily move the passenger side wiper when the car is off, but not the driver side one. Also, if u fold up the broken, passenger side wiper and try to run it, it will move fine. Only when it is down on the window does it get stuck. If anyone knows any way to fix this, please post.

Two in one day. Bizarre.

Pull the arm, clean off the stud and re-attach just a little tighter. Don't go gorilla on it.
