Windshield Wipers turn off at random positions

I am having an issue with my Windshield Wipers.

When I turn them off, they stop wherever they are on the glass. So I have to always Time it perfectly to get them to stop at the bottom of the glass...

Any suggestions ??

Lol..sometimes mine does it too, but not on the middle of the glass. I think there is a sensor involved that detects when the windshield wiper motor switches off "zero volts", then its all the way down.
I'll let the electrical gurus handle this one though

Either the "off position" switch in the wiper motor doesn't work (the blue-white wire should be connected to ground at that time - so test it, it also can be accessed at the windshield intermittent wiper relay)
OR
the windshield intermittent wiper relay (in steering column) is faulty.
