Windshield wipers and radio dont shut off?!

Just the other day, I was running around town in the talon and I stopped at the grocery store for some grub. I shut off the car like normal and let the TT do the rest. When I returned to my car, I noticed the radio was still on. Thinking the TT was at fault, I disconnected the harness and hooked everything back up the way it comes from the factory; The radio was still on. I checked everything in the car that was within reach and apparently the windshield wipers have power to. Mind you, this is with the key removed from the ignition and the ignition in the off position. This is a new (and odd) development. Any idea what to look for?

I'd check the ignition key switch. Maybe it's tripped on the ACC or ON position, so the windsheild wipers and radio still work. I've never heard of it happening before. Do the fans still work for the vents? That would be a good indication. And you can turn everything off if you want right? You just want to know why they don't shut off automatically?

Actually, the blower motor doesnt have power. Although, I just discovered the power mirrors work with the key off too. Not sure it that's supposed to be like that though and yes, I can shut everything off if I wanted to.

Here's a new development, my instrument cluster lights dont work any more and my turbo timer is no longer operational. Lol, Im going to have to take out my cluster again.
