Window Question

[99 turbo GS]

My window (driver side) seems to want to go up about an eighth of an inch too far sometimes. This makes a bad seal and gap. I was also wondering if there is an adjustment to keep it a little more steady. It wants too move a lil from side to side (driver side to passenger side). Any help is greatly appreciated.
