Window pad replacements?

where can i get some of these "window pads" or what is the proper name for them?

Make your own? Get some felt and glue it in or some weather stripping with felt

It's probably not them pads. I had the same problem but when I took my window out to fix the door handles I squeezed the front track guide closed a little and made some little tweaks here and there. My passenger side rattled the worst and that's because it was completely off the front track and had been for a long time. Probably since I bought the car 3 years ago but it always went up and down like normal so I never though anything of it. I love the fact that I can close my door without thinking this is the one that shatters the window. Lol

Easy fix. I see you have one good side... flip the pad around so the good side hits the window ..just did mine.

You have to take the plastic piece off the metal bar and pull the pads off the assembly, rotate the pads and reassemble .... literally takes 1min to do and works flawlessly.
