ECUflash will this cable work with evoscan

was wondering if a generic usb to obd2 cable would work with evoscan. it runs programs like easy obd2. this is the cable i have V1.3 OBD 2 cable USB Interface Scanner tool CAN BUS B03: eBay Motors (item 300454510458 end time Aug-15-10 18:38:00 PDT)

I bought that thing and I didn't try very long but I couldn't get it to work. I was eventually going to get dsmlink so I got a cable from them and was able to subtract the cost when I did get link. Was much more than 5 bucks .

No that cable will not work. I have the same one and I tried many times to try and get it to work with EVOscan and i just could'nt get it to work.
The cheapest cable that will work with EVOscan is: EvoScan With USB Cable. The $50 is for the cable and the software, but if you already have the software then you can just email Keydiver and ask for just the $25 cable.

Now me personaly I got the tractrix 2.0 cable with the Mitsubishi Reflash Connector. Right from the soruce, Tractrix.com. Far superior in my opnion. Works great with EVOscan and ECUflash.
