Will these tires fit?

Hey everyone,

I was wondering if 215/60R 16 tires would fit on stock 1g rims without rubbing? Any other issues I should consider before buying these tires? Thanks

If you are taking bets, put my money on "NO."

Not without spacers anyway.

215-60-16 = 26.15" tall, 8.45" wide. The height worries me the most....but it may fit.

Stock 205-55-16 = 24.88" tall, 8.07" wide

225-50-16 = 24.86" tall, 8.86" wide
& fits confortably.

Unless you don't plan on every lowering your car then they should fit.
But WHY would you want 60 series? Are you looking for a SUPER soft ride?
Are you going off-roading?
Also, your speedometer wil be off, and register at a slower speed, because the aspect ratio will be off.
