will these rims work???

i have a 96gst and i'm looking into some rims. 18x8.5J+38 and 18x9.5+38 114.3 5 hole. i wanted to put a 235 wide tire on the rims. is thos too much of a offset or are they too wide?? will these stick out of the fenders??
