The rears may be a tick too wide. I have Evo wheels which are a 38mm offset, and in the rear, they almost rub. So adding another inch to the width may rub.

Yeah they'll fit, but I don't know about having a 9 inch rim on a front wheel drive car. haha.

I have Evo 8 rims too! Mine do rub, but I do have 235s.

As for as offset. I don't think you will have problems if you go with an appropiate sized tires, especially since it's only +38mm offset and you are going with 8" wheels all around.
