Will the 97'ish style 2.4 liter Stratus heads bolt on the 420a?

I've gotten into a bind and need a 420a head complete. I've had some tough times finding anything, but I came across this. I figure it's a longshot, and maybe I spend too much time in the Honda world, where so much is compatible, but will this by any chance fit?

Yeah, you can do a lot of things with completely different platforms: but we're talking about the 420A here.

So to speak, yes. Custom motor mounts, custom oil pan, different oil pump, alternator, and whatever. It's been discussed before. Not an easy swap, but it's the only swap.

This isn't a WTB post, it was a post asking a question to specific group of interested persons. It made sense as part of the posts intended question to just, as a heads up, say hey if you have one I'll take it. That's the purpose of a forum...you ask for help.

This place is overmoderated man...it's pretty ridiculous. Had I made a true "Hey, I need a 420a head" I'd understand, but that's not the case.
