Will an O2 Dump housing cure boost creep?

Has anyone ever used one of these Dump housings and never had a problem with boost creep? Or will it still require an upgraded flapper or some porting?

I helps significantly but did not completely cure mine. Before the O2 dump I had completely out of control boost, I couldn't put it to the floor at anything over 2,000rpm or I'd have a 30+psi spike with creep to almost that. I now hold 20psi until about 6,500rpm at which point it quickly creeps to 23-25psi by 7,000rpm. So I just shift at 6,500rpm, it doesn't make power over that anyway.

It will help a good amount but won't solve the problem. To get rid of creep go with an external waste gate or a larger flapper and ported housing.
