My stock tranny lasted for 5 yrs with the 2600 and using nlts almost every weekend. Its not the clutch that kills the tranny, its the driver.
My engine comes apart almost every year for a freshen up. I have yet to see any excessive wear to the thrust bearing even with the 2600.
