Will A AFPR fix my issue?

Go to the ECU inputs tab and uncheck the "lock Intake temp and Baro" box. That will absolutely cause problems. It's for use with a MAF translator.

Undo the idle switch adjustment you did, and open the BISS a little.

I'll look up the correct TPS voltage you should see at idle because I don't remember it offhand, (I think it's .61V) and that's critical as well.

I will do that first thing in the morning. And should I just leave my global alone for now or go ahead and set it for 42psi?

The Wiki says 0.63v at closed throttle.

Yeah, .63v You're right.
I guess since you haven't made any progress yet, you may as well start fresh with the reccomended settings for the fuel pressure you are using; it can't hurt. You'll probably just end up adjusting it afterward based off your fuel trims.
You're going to find a huge improvement just by unchecking that box and closing up the throttle some..

I appreciate the help man. I am going to pretty much just go through and reset everything in link, setup the global and the dead time and make sure to unlock the Baro/IAT and start logging MAFraw as I keep forgetting that one.

I am just praying to the car gods that my rings will seat since I have been dumping so much fuel.

I unlocked the IAT/Baro, and Reset my global fuel this morning before even starting the car. Started the car and it idled on its own and seem to run much better(from a cold start at that). I even got some boost out of it when I drove it to park it. Will fix the idle switch and start tuning tonight after work!!

While the car did run better and it stopped dumping a bunch of fuel something is still not right. It idled great for a while but the hotter the car got the lower the idle got til it would no longer idle.

I am thinking it has to be these cams. I am going to do a compression/leakdown test today after work and if that checks out I am going to verify Mechanical timing and if that checks out I am going to put stock cams in it and see how it runs.

I got some FP3's also but I need to get the car running right first.

I got the car fixed today. Problem was the hydraulic tensioner. It seems to not be as strong as it should be. The exhaust cam was a tooth off and it made all these issues I had appear.
