will a 1g valves work with a 2g head?

My 96 talon awd timing jump and bent acouple of the intake and exhuast valves and I was wondering if the 1g valve will work with the 2g head. Since a have set of 1g valves laying around from my last rebuilt. Thanks in advance for any info

As long as we are still talking 4g63 motors, then yes they are the same.

Along the same line, will the EVO8 sodium filled valves work in a 1/2G head? Your "4G63" comment makes it sound like a yes. I have not heard anyone say they are using them though. Is anything else interchangable and beneficial?
