Wierd Turbo Noise

i rebuilt my turbo, and put it back on, and now it is making this very loud noise that sounds like a siren when it rev's up! i took the aculator off, and held the waste gate all the way up, and it helps, but still makes a siren noise when it is revved at like 6000 rpm's, i have no idea why it is doing this, i tested the aculator with a vacum pump, and it opened at 7 and stopped at 12, does anyone have any idea's what it is, and any other test's i could do to see what's wrong with the turbo or aculator? im assuming you have a stock 14b right? did you do anything to your intake or exhaust, or did you only do the turbo rebuild? If you modded either, then you will notice a different turbo sound. My 16g sounded very diff when i upgraded from the 14b and did no other changes.
p.s. did you have the turbo balanced after the rebuild? and are you sure your getting oil to it?

if it is as loud as you say, and sounds like a siren, it sounds like the blades are rubbing against the housing. Did you get it balanced afterwards?

Make sure that thing's getting oil
