Got my wideband hooked up today, I dont have a way to log yet but am getting dsmlink in the future. I have a stock 1991 GSX.

Cruising and idle is 14-15.2
When I start to boost is 11-14
Full WOT was 10.1

Do these seem right?

This is absolutely normal. What type of wideband? You are probably actually richer than what it says during WOT and your wideband just can't read that rich which is also completely normal. The amount of bouncing around at idle/cruise might suggest that you should be checking for boost leaks but if you don't find one that doesn't mean there are other problems there will always be some fluctuation in closed loop (idle/cruise when the o2 sensor is providing AFR feedback to the computer) and this is based on imperfect smoothing for the MAF and the binary operation of o2 sensor. Basically the o2 sensor can tell the computer that the car is too rich or too lean, but not when the car is just at the right spot so the computer constantly shifts between pulling and adding fuel.
