i understand that i need a wide band.

Normally when this is the first sentance in a post I cringe: ok so i have kind of a stupid question i guess... I wont flame you but others might.

A wideband is a o2 sensor desinged to give you a accurate account of you AFR(air-fuel ratio) They are used the world over to keep motors running at optimum performance levels. It opperates on a 0-5 volt scale where as the stock o2 sensor only uses0-1 volt. This makes the wideband accurate.
I have a innovate lc-1 with xd-1 gauge. I like it. Zetronics makes a nice setup aswell as AEM. Go with the one you like the looks of best. But read till your eyesbleed and then somemore before you ask this type of question again.

I have the AEM UEGO, one of the reasons i got it was because it fit in my a pillar pod, but if i had to buy again i would more than likely go with the zetronics (not syaing theres anything wrong with the aem) Just do a little research on both.
