Ok guys...I REALLY need your help on this. I need to get this solved before I can put my new cams in.

Recently (within the past 3 months) I have noticed my engine wanting to stall at low speeds when I let off the throttle. I've attached a short log of what its doing when it tries to die out on me. Usually I'm going up a hill slowly and having to let off the gas when someone infront of me slows down. This caused the car to drop RPM's quickly and sputter if not shut down completely. (NOTE: I AM AN AUTOMATIC).

To combat this, I have adjusted my idle screw and DSMLink settings to raise the idle higher. While helping some, this does not eliminate the problem. I have also noticed that my vacuum has dropped 5in/hg. I have went over the entire system (turbo inlet to injector seals to AFPR) and have found ZERO leaks. Also, it is taking a LOT more throttle for everything. Cruising takes 2-4% more throttle at speed and normal acceleration now takes 25% instead of 17%. RPM's change very little between 16 and 30%.

Any thing in my settings you can see that might relate to or solve these issues? All questions and comments welcome.

Are you doing an actual boost leak test or just going over everthing looking for obvious leaks? Have you checked your cam timing? If it skipped a tooth it could cause the symptoms you're seeing
 
No, I pressurize from the turbo inlet. I do tests with the throttle place open and closed. As for cam timing...no I have not checked that yet. I was kinda hoping to avoid stuff that involved, but its looking like I'm going to have to get my hands really dirty. If it turns out to be cam timing that would probably be better since the cams are going to be replaced anyway...
 
It's a simple procedure to check cam timing. You only have to remove the upper timing cover, line up the crankshaft timing mark at TDC, and verify that the cam gear marks are lined up(with the dowels facing up).
 
Hey Luke,

Just to let you guys know, I'm pretty sure I've solved my stalling problem. All I did was replace my old crushed 1g BOV with a shiny new Forge diverter valve and bickety-bam! Problem solved! Think it was just over crushed maybe?
