You have to look at each signal to decide what's choppy and what's not.
The short term fuel trim reflects the dithering that goes on during closed loop while cruising up till you closed the throttle at 6.7 seconds. I don't know why it didn't stay in closed loop at 9.04 at least until you went WOT at 11.4 seconds.
The spike in the AFR at 1.8 is from you backing off the throttle. Same at 6.6 and again at 16.6 seconds.
The only really strange thing is your IPS fluttering after 16.1 seconds.
