Why is it not a good idea to put turbo on a gs?

Ive heard people talking, and people posting on this board about how its not a good idea to put turbo onto an GS engine. Why is that, or are they wrong? Ive been reading about it and i just dont seem to understand why. So hopefully someone can explain it to me better.
 
Ya the 420a is not properly set up to handle significant amounts of boost due to the lack of decent internal parts the modifications would outweigh the costs of buying a decent GST, GSX... I personally sold my 96 GS for a 99 GST it just wasn't worth the thousands of dollars for a solid 420a-t setup
