Is it a good idea to get those cheap strut bars on ebay?

I'm thinking of getting strut bars but don't feel like spending hundreds on them... are those cheap ebay strut bars worth it?

My buddy bought one for his lancer. It came. We went to put it on and bam. didn't come anywhere close to fitting his car and wouldnt fit mine ethier. It was specifically for his car and didnt come close to fitting. And they swear he got the right one , it even said lancer on the box. So you do the math. Besides you can get a good one for under $100. If your going to do something I say do it right. :thumb:

My friend bought one off ebay for his 1g eclipse and it fit like a charm. I think it depends on more who you are dealing with. But I would suggest looking at the sellers feed back before bidding or purchasing anything you can usually get a good idea on what kind of business they do. Hope that helps.

I picked up a pair (front and rear) on eBay. They fit and work great. Just look around and CHECK FEEDBACK before you bid on anything.
