Dave. Did you ever check your base timing? Since you are running COP you need to make an extension for #1 so you can get an inductive timing light on it. It should be 5* BTDC. From everything you are saying it just sounds like you have your CAS to far advanced. Hence everything seems low timing wise.

Well this was forever ago.. but 11.92 @ 115 that day.. since then I have ran 11.72 @ 119 on 25psi Problem seemed to go away after some fiddling and calibration.
