depending on the weather i will hit 10psi, when its warmer out i hit only 8psi. i have a mbc which is completely open. i know the temperature has something to do with it, but isnt stock boost like 11-12psi, why is mine so low on warm days?

Your boost levels are heavily affected by changes in the environment (particularly the air). When it is cooler out, the air is more dense, and your turbo can suck in a much denser charge which shows up as a higher boost pressure on your gauge. I think this is pretty normal.

Hmm I am not sure why you are getting below stock boost...depending on your elevation, the density might be low enough to cause this type of effect...ALSO you may have a boost leak. Do a boost leak test to see if your intake tract has a leak.
