Why can't I hold the rpm's at 2k?

After my car warms up it does the 1500 rpm bounce. I'm trying to tune my car and i can't hold the rpm's at 2k, they just do the bounce thing. I've read all about the fiav, but what the heck. JB weld? anyone have much trouble doing it?

Hey i went ahead and jb welded the fiav and that's fine but i when i get around 1500k it gets all jerky, and i CANT hold the rpms at 2k, they just drop
