whitish smoke

My 95 gst is blowing white smoke from exhaust sometimes when I break , shift and accelerate.
I have a boost controller on the car and when I moved it to mess it around with it , it got worse as I stated earlier , I honestly think its a blown turbo any other suggestions ?

Could be a bad turbo, valve stem seals maybe rings, who knows do a compression test, for a possible bad hg.

Piston rings.

Do a compression check as a starting point, go from there.

edit; If your compression is low in any cylinder, put in a few teaspoons worth of oil. Repeat test. If numbers are much higher, piston rings are worn or damaged.

Check your oil to see if you dont have water in it, if uou do its possible your head gasket is gone, does it smoke at idle too? I'll say its most likely your valve seals

Are you engine braking or just hitting the BRAKES?
