Whistling sound from engine bay *video*

I just recently picked up a 91 eagle talon TSI, that is completely stock. When the car starts cold i notice a whistling sound coming from the engine bay. Could this be because of a vacuum leak or something more serious?

hrm. my guess would be a Vacuum leak. BUT if you really want to find out if it is a vacuum leak do a boost leak test.
