which tires for 16x7 wheels

I've been looking and looking with not much luck. Are there any 16 inch slicks that would fit this? I want something like the hoosier quick time pros and I'm pulling my hair out trying to find something. I wanted something like a 24.5x8x16 or 26x8x16. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Links to tire would be amazing. I've searched with no luck. Thanks

I run 26x9.5x16" Hoosier QTP's on 16x7" Rota slipstreams. You'll be fine. Look at my gallery for a pic.

Alright didn't know if the 9.5 would be too wide. Did you have to grind anything down to make room ? I was looking at these Hoosier Racing Tire 17320 - Hoosier DOT Drag Radial Tires - Overview - SummitRacing.com ... If the quick time pro's are better and i can fit them I guess i should go that way.

A lot depends on wheel offset and suspension setup.

My wheels are 45 offset, so they stay in more, stock is 46. I run coilovers so the fronts have no large spring to rub on. I'm not sure if they'll fit with stock style suspension.

My rear lower control arm's have been grinded down previously, so I can't comment there.

Front fenders are also rolled.

I have an eibach pro kit on the car now, but might be getting some custom spring rate ground control coilovers. My rear control arms have been grinded some already for the rx7 wheels. I might just go with the radials simply, because of easy of fitment. I'm just wondering how big of a difference there will be on grip, because that is the most important thing right now.
