Which Timing Belt?

You can go with an expensive $150 dollar belt or you can buy the oem and just make sure you keep up with changing it 7-OEM belts = 1-Expensive belt i have a hard time believing that a $150 dollar belt will out last 7 OEM belts.

I had Goodyear gatorbback bs belt and t belt on my old 2g. I now have the Goodyear Gatorback on my 1g. My friend also has it on his 1g. No complaints here.

I have been goodyear since I started owning DSM's. I've gone more than 110k miles on my t-belt (goodyear) This new one I have went 94k miles before I replaced it.
I know I shouldn't go that long without changing it, but I've been lucky.

My car has good year too, but then again it's a rs auto that does not get beatin on.

Yeah I don't doubt they can't last that long. Looking at mine they look as good as OEM if not better.
