which suspension to go with

I came into a lot of parts and i have two different supension setups I can go with. The first one are:
2 front Tokico adjustable struts with what looks like Sprint springs. The rear are same springs on factory struts

The other set are:
Front Ground control slipon coilovers on factory struts and the rear struts ar GR-2

Which one should I go with. I wont be using the car for any type of racing. Its for crusing and city/highway driving.

Can you read the rates on the ERS springs (on the GC sleeves)?

My default is put the sleeves on the Tokikos for the front and leave them on the GR2s for the rear. But let's make sure the ERS springs have reasonable rates.

Now, the real advice. Get some Koni Sports to put the sleeves on. But anyone who knows me knows I'd say that.
