which suspension to go with?

ok i have $2000 to spend. i have a pretty stock eclipse. i have blown shocks up front and they make the car
1) handle horribly
2) make the tires spin all the way through 1st and most of 2nd (in a stock gst)
3) ride like shit! when you hit a bump it feels like i should have a kidney donor in line

anyways i want to spend as little as possible, but i don't want to have to mod twice. i have looked into the tein flexs, the super streets, the megan coilovers (do they really come with a camber plate), tanabe sustecs, koni yellows w/ gc, agx's with eibachs, agx's with h & r springs.. for the past month i have gone back and forth and back and forth

anyways, my question is: what should i go with as i am trying to save as much for a 16g upgrade and supporting mods. and once i have the suspension apart, what should i replace? what parts besides shocks and springs what should i get to do my project right, ala camber plate, adjustable ball joints.. any and all input is welcome.

What are your plans for the car? Drag requires one type of suspension and auto x another.

I'm running G/C with koni sport and RM swaybars for the past 5 years and the car is good at everything.

well i live next to MIR, so i will be drag racing every now and then but i have lots and lots of really curvy roads in my area and i would love to have confidence when tearing them up. my best friend drives an rx7, so its really hard to keep up with him on the curves, especially with blown struts.. i just want my car to handle well.. and as far as a harsh ride it can't be any worse than riding on blown struts.. so handling is priority number one

alright. after MUCH research i have decided on the following:
tokico illuminas and springs (ebay) $475
sre front offset bushing camber kit adjustable from + 1.25 to + 3 degrees. (ebay) $65
DC Sports Carbon CS-2 Front Strut Bar (ebay) $105
st rear sway (racinglab.com) 200

do this setup look good? should i cut the bumpstops? does anyone sell a triangulated strut bar for our car? does anyone sell the rear sway bar for less?

which teins? i have heard that even at their softest setting they are still pretty stiff
