I am going to be running the FP4 cams and have 2 sets of springs and retainers that I cant make up my mind on using. I have a set of Supertech Springs and retainers and I also have the Manly springs and retainers, which ones would suit the fp4 cams the best? I am having alot of trouble finding information on the cams.

Thanks, Ryan

FP4 or the FP4R cams?

Now onto the springs, are they single or dual springs?

If singles, then neither set.

If dual springs, what part number do you have?

Looks like you need springs, the FP4 ask for 240-250 lbs on the seat, and the the FP4R is a tad larger. both in lift and duration.

There are a few other measurements that HAVE to be checked and be in spec.

If you are not used to setting up valve springs, and do not have the equipment to check.

You should have the head set up by a qualified shop.

These will not be a simple drop in set like the "smaller" 272 cams like the HKS, BC or the FP2/Comp
