I am trying to do a complete radiator flush with the preston back-flush kit that requires using the inlet hose from the heater hose. Which of these two(A - B)do you guys think is the inlet? And can i install the included "t" in there? The instructions specify on not using the hose the goes to the water pump.

Thanks

"A" is the from the engine outlet (which has upper radiator hose) but goes to the heater core inlet. "B" is from the heater core outlet but goes to the engine inlet (water pump) thru pipe 11 (which is also on the lower radiator hose). So there's some confusion as to which inlet you're refering to. If you can "back flush" the system and/or remove radiator and back flush it seperately, you'll have done a better, more complete job.

Thanks!! i just got this kit from the auto parts to do a flush and the instructions in the back are not really clear. I guess i need to install the "t" in the "A" hose. Should i remove the thermostat?

Again
Thanks
