Which harness for swap?

So I'm doing a 4g64 build in my mighty max, I'm trying to figure out which harness to use. I have a 2g head that will be going on, and I know I'm going to have to switch over a lot of sensors.

Here is what I would like to be able to accomplish:
1) Tune-ability (ECMLink, Jackyl or tactrix)
2) Use of ECU's stock cluster (ie 2g cluster)

so the question is Evo8, 1g or 2g.

There is going to be no sensor switching
4G64 uses same crank sensor as the 4G63 and since your going to use the 4G63 head all other sensor will be the same
Use your stock harness get a 98-99 ECU flash it with the Ceddy SD ROM and thats it
